Chinese State Councilor Chen Zhili met in Beijing Wednesday with Sherra Kerns, president of the American Society of Engineering Education, and other experts on engineering education.
 
The foreign experts are attending an international conference on engineering education, the first of its kind hosted by a developing nation.
