Violations may fall into a number of different categories such as: failures in reporting or handling an epidemic; funding and resources violations; and violations of market management rules and disturbance of social order. According to the seriousness of a case, an organization that breaks the law or disciplinary code can be censured through a public criticism or warning, the person in charge of the organization and other accountable persons can be warned, demoted, dismissed or discharged according to the law. Anyone whose actions constitute a criminal act is subject to criminal prosecution.
