The former "Diving Prince" has long been the object of a great deal of female attention for his good looks. He has now put those good looks to use in show biz, after retiring from diving in early 2007.

His acting debut is in a leading role for the TV series "Niu Lang Zhi Nv," an adaptation of a Chinese folk story. The drama is now in production.

Last November, he married his singer girlfriend Ye Yiqian.
