International Communications and Cooperation Base of Chinese Culture
It is the core mission of the CICG to enhance the influence of Chinese culture in the international arena. On December 9, 2021, the CICG awarded Tiantai County the title "International Communications and Cooperation Base of Chinese Culture" at the 2021 Hehe Culture Global Forum, aiming to expand the overall communication pattern of Chinese culture, form a joint force through vertical linkage and internal and external interaction, and further refine and display the spiritual signs and cultural essence of Chinese civilization, as well as the contemporary value and world significance of the cream of traditional Chinese culture. The International Communications and Cooperation Base of Chinese Culture includes the following functions:
First, research and refinement. The base organizes domestic and foreign experts to deeply study and excavate the spirit of Hehe Culture, which transcends time and space, transcends national boundaries, and is full of eternal charm and contemporary value, so as to extract specific content suitable for international communication.
Second, inheritance and innovation. Upholding the spirit of the times, the base functions as a platform with a global vision, in an effort to creatively transform and develop Hehe Culture in the new era on the basis of the local practice.
Third, international communication. The base tells stories about Hehe Culture that are suitable for international communication, launches a series of high-quality cultural communication products, and enhances overseas communication through multiple channels and carriers to promote exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations.
Fourth, cultural experience. By inviting experts and scholars at home and abroad to visit and study, Tiantai will function as a cultural experience base where people live in harmony with nature and religions adapt to social culture.
Fifth, collaboration and cooperation. The base further integrates experts and institutions in the communication of Hehe Culture at home and abroad to form a joint force, and carries out international communication and exchange activities institutionally, to effectively improve the communication effect.
中華文化國(guó)際傳播合作基地
提升中華文化國(guó)際傳播力影響力是中國(guó)外文局（中國(guó)國(guó)際傳播集團(tuán)）的核心使命。2021年12月9日，中國(guó)外文局在“2021和合文化全球論壇”上授予浙江省臺(tái)州市天臺(tái)縣“中華文化國(guó)際傳播合作基地”稱號(hào)，旨在拓展中華文化立體傳播的大格局，通過(guò)上下聯(lián)動(dòng)、內(nèi)外互動(dòng)形成合力，為進(jìn)一步提煉好、展示好中華文明的精神標(biāo)識(shí)和文化精髓，提煉好、展示好中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的當(dāng)代價(jià)值、世界意義，作出積極貢獻(xiàn)。“中華文化國(guó)際傳播合作基地”包含以下功能：
一是研究提煉。組織國(guó)內(nèi)外專家，深入研究挖掘“和合文化”所蘊(yùn)含的跨越時(shí)空、超越國(guó)度、富有永恒魅力、具有當(dāng)代價(jià)值的文化精神，提煉出其中適合國(guó)際傳播的具體內(nèi)容。
二是傳承創(chuàng)新。以基地為平臺(tái)，結(jié)合時(shí)代精神，既立足本國(guó)又面向世界，以當(dāng)?shù)厣鷦?dòng)的實(shí)踐，在新時(shí)代把“和合文化”創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化好、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展好。
三是國(guó)際傳播。講好適合國(guó)際傳播的“和合文化”故事，推出一系列文化傳播精品，通過(guò)多種渠道、多種載體，久久為功，推進(jìn)海外傳播，促進(jìn)中外文明交流互鑒。
四是文化體驗(yàn)。通過(guò)邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者參觀、研學(xué)等，將天臺(tái)作為人與自然和諧相處、宗教與社會(huì)文化相適應(yīng)的文化體驗(yàn)基地。
五是協(xié)同協(xié)作。進(jìn)一步整合國(guó)內(nèi)外“和合文化”傳播的專家、機(jī)構(gòu)等，形成國(guó)內(nèi)外傳播的合力，機(jī)制化開展國(guó)際傳播和交流活動(dòng)，切實(shí)提升傳播效果。
