Governance of Hehe Neighborhoods
The governance of Hehe neighborhoods is an important measure taken by the Taizhou municipal government to give full play to the role of Hehe Culture in governing urban blocks. In order to build a benchmark city for social governance in China and a pioneer city in the common prosperity demonstration zone, to innovate Taizhou's community-level social governance, and to boost the development of a pilot city for the modernization of urban social governance nationwide, Taizhou has worked to explore new governance models in the field of urban management and comprehensive administrative law enforcement, integrate the core values of Taizhou Hehe Culture into its governance, and develop Hehe neighborhoods. The core concepts of harmony, peace, safety, integration, cooperation and partnership are embedded in Taizhou's urban management and comprehensive administrative law enforcement.
By implementing fine governance, autonomy, co-governance, the rule of virtue, the rule of law and smart governance, Taizhou has created Hehe street chiefs, Hehe centers, Hehe parlors and Hehe property management, so as to achieve harmony between humanity and nature, encourage neighbors to live together in peace and ensure fair, just and transparent law enforcement.
The development model of Hehe neighborhoods, with distinct features of Hehe Culture, is an important manifestation of Hehe Culture in community-level governance.
和合街區(qū)治理
和合街區(qū)治理，是臺(tái)州市在城市街區(qū)治理中發(fā)揮和合文化資源作用的一個(gè)重要舉措。為了打造中國(guó)市域社會(huì)治理標(biāo)桿市、共同富裕示范區(qū)先行市，創(chuàng)新臺(tái)州市域社會(huì)基層治理，助推全國(guó)市域社會(huì)治理現(xiàn)代化試點(diǎn)市建設(shè)，臺(tái)州市在城市管理和綜合行政執(zhí)法領(lǐng)域積極探索治理新模式，將臺(tái)州和合文化中的核心價(jià)值觀融入城市管理和群眾實(shí)踐中，創(chuàng)建和合街區(qū)，以“和諧、和平、祥和、融合、合作、合伙”等核心理念引領(lǐng)城市管理和綜合行政執(zhí)法。
臺(tái)州市通過(guò)實(shí)施“精治、自治、共治、德治、法治、智治”等“六治”為路徑，著力打造出“和合街長(zhǎng)、和合驛站、和合客廳、和合物業(yè)”，旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)街區(qū)環(huán)境“天人合一、和諧共生”，街區(qū)鄰里關(guān)系“和諧共存、和睦相處”，街區(qū)執(zhí)法環(huán)境“公平公正、陽(yáng)光和諧”。這種和合街區(qū)的建設(shè)模式，帶有明顯的和合文化特色，是和合文化在基層社會(huì)治理中的重要體現(xiàn)。
