Hehe Courts
As judicial organs, the courts at all levels in Taizhou have been inspired by Hehe Culture and formed a Hehe judicial concept with the characteristics of Taizhou courts, in a bid to make the courts' overall operation more scientific, make case handling fairer and provide the people with a greater sense of justice. In Tiantai County in particular, judicial organs have given priority to achieving justice on the basis of harmony. Based on the characteristics and advantages of their work, the judicial organs have developed a distinctive set of judicial ideas in light of the Hehe philosophy, and the "Hehe Court" has also become a distinctive work brand.
In its exploration of Hehe court system, Tiantai County has integrated Hehe ideas into its judicial trials and combined Hehe philosophy with the four aspects: lawsuit, judges, environment and system. In recent years, the Tiantai People's Court has tried to create a Hehe working atmosphere, and it works by the motto "justice, harmony, diligence, honesty and integrity" and the ethos of "striving to be advanced and excellent." It has also cultivated a Hehe working philosophy to pursue the goal of settling cases while maintaining harmony, and asked its members to be modest, prudent and kind in their work. In accordance with the principles of safeguarding the people's legitimate rights and interests, maintaining fair and open judicial procedures and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of litigation, court members have honed their skills of addressing conflicts according to the law and through coordination, seeking common ground among differences and achieving satisfactory results through good services. Under the principle of strengthening the leading role of Party building and jointly building Hehe courts, the Party building work has been integrated with courts' work to ensure that administration of justice is people-centered, fair, dynamic, innovative and clean. A Hehe index standard clearly stipulating the index, indicator, weight and relevant responsible units has also been introduced to evaluate the operation of Hehe courts in a scientific way.

作為審判機關(guān)，臺州各級法院注重汲取和合文化的精髓，形成富有臺州法院特色的“和合司法理念”，促進法院整體運行更科學(xué)、法官辦案更公正、人民群眾更信服。在和合文化發(fā)祥地天臺縣，和諧司法建設(shè)受到司法機關(guān)的關(guān)注與重視。司法機關(guān)結(jié)合自身的工作特點和優(yōu)勢，基于和合理念探索形成了頗具特色的司法理念，創(chuàng)新推出“和合法院”特色工作品牌。
在和合法院探索實踐中，天臺縣將和合元素融入司法審判，著重打造訴訟+和合、法官+和合、環(huán)境+和合、制度+和合的“四個+”模式，對文化建設(shè)加司法建設(shè)進行了積極的探索和有益的實踐。具體而言，近年來，天臺縣人民法院注重營造“和合”工作氛圍，總結(jié)提煉了“公信、和合、勤廉、赤誠”院訓(xùn)和“敢于創(chuàng)優(yōu)、善于爭先”的天臺法院精神；培育“和合”工作理念，明確辦案目標(biāo)追求“案結(jié)、事了、人和”，樹立起“謙抑、審慎、善意”的辦案思想；確立“權(quán)利在民、程序公正、司法公開、訴訟效益”的辦案原則，練就“依法勸和、協(xié)作促和、異中求和、服務(wù)贏和”的辦案本領(lǐng)；推出“和合”工作品牌，在“強化黨建引領(lǐng)、共創(chuàng)和合法院”黨建工作總品牌的基礎(chǔ)上，具體又細(xì)分為“為民司法、公正司法、能動司法、創(chuàng)新司法、廉潔司法”等五個分項目的品牌，始終融合黨建工作于審判執(zhí)行業(yè)務(wù)之中；強化“和合”工作保障，做好制度保障，首創(chuàng)和合指數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并細(xì)分指數(shù)指標(biāo)權(quán)重及責(zé)任單位，合理構(gòu)造和合法院的評價機制。
