Green Mining
The idea of "green mining" is to maximize the benefits to resources, the environment, the economy and society in the whole-life process of a mine. Since it first emerged, the idea of green exploration and utilization of mines has been gradually accepted by more and more mining enterprises.
From 2011 to 2014, 661 mining enterprises were selected as green mining pilots. In May 2017, six ministries and central regulatory bodies issued a document on accelerating green mining, with three major tasks: to make progress in developing green mines, to explore new channels for upgrading the mining industry, and to introduce a new mechanism for green mining.
In 2018, the National Standards for Green Mining were released, covering nine industries: coal, metallurgy, nonferrous metals, gold, chemical industry, nonmetals, sand, cement, and land petroleum and natural gas wells. The document set out requirements for the mining environment, development and comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, energy conservation, emissions reduction, technological innovation and digital transformation of mines, enterprise management, and corporate images. This made China the first country to adopt national standards for building green mines, and provided great support for its mining industry.
綠色礦山建設
綠色礦山建設旨在促進礦山全生命周期的“資源、環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟、社會”綜合效益最優(yōu)化。這一理念在中國經(jīng)歷了初期萌芽、快速發(fā)展、走向規(guī)范化3個階段，綠色開發(fā)利用、綠色和諧發(fā)展逐漸成為礦業(yè)行業(yè)的共識。
自2011年至2014年，中國陸續(xù)公布了4批661家礦山企業(yè)成為綠色礦山試點單位，為綠色礦山建設不斷探索模式、積累經(jīng)驗。2017年5月，原國土資源部等6部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)《關(guān)于加快建設綠色礦山的實施意見》，提出綠色礦山建設的三大目標任務，即基本形成綠色礦山建設新格局，構(gòu)建礦業(yè)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變新途徑，建立綠色礦業(yè)發(fā)展工作新機制。
2018年，涉及煤炭、冶金、有色、黃金、化工、非金屬、砂石、水泥、陸上石油天然氣開采業(yè)等9大行業(yè)的《國家綠色礦山建設規(guī)范》發(fā)布，從礦區(qū)環(huán)境、資源開發(fā)方式、資源綜合利用、節(jié)能減排、科技創(chuàng)新與數(shù)字化礦山、企業(yè)管理與企業(yè)形象等方面作出相應要求，成為全球第一個國家級綠色礦山建設行業(yè)標準，標志著國家綠色礦山建設進入了“有法可依”的新階段，對國家礦業(yè)行業(yè)的綠色發(fā)展起到有力的支撐和保障作用。
