The Chinese Dream
Xi Jinping first explained his vision of the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation in November 2012, when visiting the exhibition "The Path to National Rejuvenation." He pointed out that national rejuvenation has been the greatest dream of the Chinese people in modern times.
In essence, the Chinese Dream is a commitment to bringing prosperity and happiness to the country, the nation and the people. It is a dream of our country, our nation, and our people. It is the shared aspiration of each and every Chinese and reflects the overall interests of the nation. It is an inclusive dream for all, with the people playing a major role in its realization. The effort to realize the Chinese Dream will be meaningful only if it accords with the Chinese people's desire for a better life. This aspiration is the mission of the CPC.
To make the dream come true, China must follow its own path to development, elevate the Chinese spirit, and boost national cohesion. The path is Chinese socialism, the spirit is based on patriotism and innovation, and the cohesion comes from ethnic solidarity.
China will strive to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society by 2021, when the CPC celebrates its centenary, and to become a great modern socialist country that is prosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious and beautiful by 2049, when the People's Republic marks its centenary. The Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation will definitely come true.
The Chinese Dream is a dream of peace, development, cooperation and prosperity for all, benefiting not only the Chinese people but also the people of other countries. Its realization will bring about peace, not turmoil, and opportunities, not threats, to the rest of the world. The Chinese people are willing to provide mutual support and help other peoples during the course of realizing their own dreams, and China is willing to share its development experience and opportunities with others for common development and a good life for all.
To realize the Chinese Dream is a solemn promise the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at the core has made to the whole nation. It is a political statement that embodies the historical responsibility and mission of the CPC and the state. It constitutes an important part of upholding and developing Chinese socialism in the new era.
中國(guó)夢(mèng)
2012年11月，習(xí)近平在參觀《復(fù)興之路》展覽時(shí)發(fā)表講話，首次提出中國(guó)夢(mèng)。他指出，實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興，就是中華民族近代以來(lái)最偉大的夢(mèng)想。
中國(guó)夢(mèng)的本質(zhì)是國(guó)家富強(qiáng)、民族振興、人民幸福。中國(guó)夢(mèng)是國(guó)家的夢(mèng)、民族的夢(mèng)，也是每一個(gè)中國(guó)人的夢(mèng)。國(guó)家、民族、個(gè)人在實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)中相互依賴、相互依存，體現(xiàn)了中華民族和中國(guó)人民的整體利益，體現(xiàn)了中華民族的“家國(guó)天下”情懷，表達(dá)了每一個(gè)中華兒女的共同愿望。中國(guó)夢(mèng)具有廣泛的包容性，是中華民族團(tuán)結(jié)奮斗的最大公約數(shù)和最大同心圓。人民是中國(guó)夢(mèng)的主體，是中國(guó)夢(mèng)的創(chuàng)造者和享有者。中國(guó)夢(mèng)只有同中國(guó)人民對(duì)美好生活的向往結(jié)合起來(lái)才能取得成功。人民對(duì)美好生活的向往就是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的奮斗目標(biāo)。
實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)必須走中國(guó)道路，這就是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義道路；必須弘揚(yáng)中國(guó)精神，這就是以愛(ài)國(guó)主義為核心的民族精神、以改革創(chuàng)新為核心的時(shí)代精神；必須凝聚中國(guó)力量，這就是中國(guó)各族人民大團(tuán)結(jié)的力量。中國(guó)到2021年中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立100年時(shí)全面建成小康社會(huì)，到2049年中華人民共和國(guó)成立100年時(shí)建成富強(qiáng)民主文明和諧美麗的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國(guó)，中華民族偉大復(fù)興的夢(mèng)想一定能實(shí)現(xiàn)。
中國(guó)夢(mèng)是和平、發(fā)展、合作、共贏的夢(mèng)，不僅造福中國(guó)人民，也同各國(guó)人民的美好夢(mèng)想息息相通。實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)給世界帶來(lái)的是和平，不是動(dòng)蕩；是機(jī)遇，不是威脅。中國(guó)人民愿意同世界各國(guó)人民在實(shí)現(xiàn)各自夢(mèng)想的過(guò)程中相互支持、相互幫助，中國(guó)愿意將自身發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)和機(jī)遇同世界各國(guó)分享，實(shí)現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展，讓大家一起過(guò)上好日子。
實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國(guó)夢(mèng)，這是以習(xí)近平同志為核心的中共中央對(duì)全體人民的莊嚴(yán)承諾，是黨和國(guó)家面向未來(lái)的政治宣言，充分體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨高度的歷史擔(dān)當(dāng)和使命追求，為新時(shí)代堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義注入嶄新內(nèi)涵。
