The spirit of Lei Feng
Lei Feng (1940-1962), a PLA soldier, was a model of wholehearted service to the people. During his short life, he helped a great many people. Since the 1960s, Lei has remained an icon in China, and is remembered for his hard work and devotion to duty. He had inspired generations of Chinese.
In March 2014, Xi Jinping emphasized that the spirit of Lei Feng exemplifies the core values of socialism, and will live on forever.
雷鋒精神
雷鋒(1940—1962)是中國(guó)人民解放軍全心全意為人民服務(wù)的楷模。他的人生雖然短暫,但幫助了無(wú)數(shù)人, 雷鋒精神也激勵(lì)著一代又一代人學(xué)習(xí)和繼承。雷鋒精神的內(nèi)涵包括:艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)、積極進(jìn)取、自強(qiáng)不息、奮力拚搏的奉獻(xiàn)精神;顧全大局、忠于職守、克己奉公、處處以國(guó)家和集體利益為重的主人翁態(tài)度;相互尊重、助人為樂(lè)、誠(chéng)實(shí)守信、和諧融洽的良好社會(huì)風(fēng)尚。2014年3月11日,習(xí)近平出席十二屆全國(guó)人大二次會(huì)議時(shí)指出,雷鋒精神是永恒的,是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的生動(dòng)體現(xiàn)。
