China-LatAm Community with a Shared Future
During their meeting in Brasilia in July 2014, Xi Jinping and the state leaders of Latin American and Caribbean countries decided to establish a comprehensive cooperative partnership featuring equality, mutual benefit and common development, and announced the decision to build a China-LatAm community with a shared future. When addressing the Peruvian Congress in November 2016, Xi referred to this community, and proposed that China and Latin America and the Caribbean stick to peaceful development and cooperation, seek synergy of their development strategies, speed up and upgrade cooperation, and bring benefits to their people. These echoed China's advocacy of a community with a shared future for humanity, and opened up broad prospects for China-Latin American ties.
To build such a community, the two sides need to make joint efforts through consultation to bring benefits to all, and advance bilateral cooperation and multilateral platforms in parallel to support comprehensive cooperation. This follows the trend of the current times, and serves the fundamental interests of the people of the countries involved. It is a community of shared interests and shared responsibility, and a closer partnership as well. It offers a new vision of development for South-South cooperation.
中拉命運(yùn)共同體
2014年7月，習(xí)近平在巴西利亞與拉美和加勒比國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人舉行會(huì)晤，決定建立平等互利、共同發(fā)展的中拉全面合作伙伴關(guān)系，共同宣布成立中拉命運(yùn)共同體。
2016年11月，習(xí)近平在秘魯國(guó)會(huì)發(fā)表演講，再次從打造中拉命運(yùn)共同體出發(fā)，提出高舉和平發(fā)展合作旗幟、推動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接、推進(jìn)合作換擋加速、實(shí)現(xiàn)合作成果共享等四點(diǎn)建議，充分體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)一貫倡導(dǎo)的人類命運(yùn)共同體理念，為共創(chuàng)中拉關(guān)系美好未來(lái)指明了前進(jìn)方向。
中拉命運(yùn)共同體的建設(shè)遵循共商共建共享的原則，堅(jiān)持雙邊合作與多邊平臺(tái)建設(shè)并行推進(jìn)，支撐起全面合作的大廈，符合時(shí)代潮流，也符合中拉兩大地區(qū)人民的根本利益。中拉命運(yùn)共同體不僅是利益共同體，還是責(zé)任共同體，更是緊密的發(fā)展伙伴關(guān)系，開(kāi)拓了南南合作實(shí)現(xiàn)新發(fā)展的嶄新思路。
