New Concept for Development
Development is the key to solving all China’s problems. It is a task of top priority for present-day China.
Based on previous experience gained and lessons learned at home and abroad and an analysis of the trend of global development, and targeting problems arising in China’s development since 2012, Xi Jinping has created a new concept of pursuing innovative, coordinated, green and open development and having its fruits shared by everyone.
Innovation is the driving force for development; coordination involves sustainable and healthy development; green is the guarantee for sustainable development; open reinforces China’s commitment to international cooperation; and to be shared means that the development fruits are shared by all. This is the basic principle of socialism.
The report to the 19th CPC National Congress listed the new concept for development as one of the 14 points of China’s basic policy for the new era
新發(fā)展理念
發(fā)展是解決中國一切問題的基礎(chǔ)和關(guān)鍵，是當(dāng)代中國的第一要?jiǎng)?wù)。中共十八大以來，在深刻總結(jié)國內(nèi)外發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)、分析國內(nèi)外發(fā)展大勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)中國發(fā)展中的突出矛盾和問題，習(xí)近平提出了創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的新發(fā)展理念。創(chuàng)新是引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的第一動(dòng)力，協(xié)調(diào)是持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求，綠色是永續(xù)發(fā)展的必要條件，開放是國家繁榮發(fā)展的必由之路，共享是中國特色社會(huì)主義的本質(zhì)要求。創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的發(fā)展理念，相互貫通、相互促進(jìn)，是具有內(nèi)在聯(lián)系的集合體，必須統(tǒng)一貫徹，不能顧此失彼，也不能相互替代。中共十九大把堅(jiān)持新發(fā)展理念作為新時(shí)代堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國特色社會(huì)主義的基本方略。提出發(fā)展必須是科學(xué)發(fā)展，必須堅(jiān)定不移貫徹創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的發(fā)展理念。新發(fā)展理念集中體現(xiàn)了中國共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)新的發(fā)展階段基本特征的深刻洞察和科學(xué)把握，標(biāo)志著中國共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí)達(dá)到了新的高度，是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展必須長期堅(jiān)持的重要遵循。
