The CPC's Leadership over Ideological Work
Ideology determines the direction a culture should take and the path it should follow as it develops. The 19th CPC National Congress emphasized that the Party should hold firmly the leading position in ideological work. We must continue to adapt Marxism to China’s conditions, keep it up-to-date, and enhance its popular appeal. We will develop socialist ideology that has the ability to unite and the power to inspire the people to embrace shared ideals, convictions, values, and moral standards. We will better arm ourselves with theory and increase the public appeal of the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. We will work harder to study and develop Marxist theory, work faster to develop philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, and develop new types of think tanks with distinctive Chinese features.
We will maintain the right tone in public communication, give priority to improving means of communication and to creating new ones, and strengthen the penetration, guidance, influence, and credibility of the media. We will provide more and better online content and put in place a system for integrated internet management to ensure a clean cyberspace. We will implement the system of responsibility for ideological work, and further consolidate our positions and improve management in this field. We will distinguish between matters of political principle, issues of understanding and thinking, and academic viewpoints, but we must oppose and resist various erroneous views with a clear stand.

意識(shí)形態(tài)決定文化的前進(jìn)方向和發(fā)展道路。中共十九大報(bào)告強(qiáng)調(diào)，牢牢掌握意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)。具體舉措包括：必須推進(jìn)馬克思主義中國(guó)化時(shí)代化大眾化，建設(shè)具有強(qiáng)大凝聚力和引領(lǐng)力的社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)，使全體人民在理想信念、價(jià)值理念、道德觀念上緊緊團(tuán)結(jié)在一起。加強(qiáng)理論武裝，推動(dòng)新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想深入人心。深化馬克思主義理論研究和建設(shè)，加快構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)，加強(qiáng)中國(guó)特色新型智庫(kù)建設(shè)。高度重視傳播手段建設(shè)和創(chuàng)新，提高新聞?shì)浾搨鞑チΑ⒁龑?dǎo)力、影響力、公信力。加強(qiáng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)內(nèi)容建設(shè)，建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)綜合治理體系，營(yíng)造清朗的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間。落實(shí)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作責(zé)任制，加強(qiáng)陣地建設(shè)和管理，注意區(qū)分政治原則問(wèn)題、思想認(rèn)識(shí)問(wèn)題、學(xué)術(shù)觀點(diǎn)問(wèn)題，旗幟鮮明反對(duì)和抵制各種錯(cuò)誤觀點(diǎn)。
