Global Partnerships
As stated in the report to the 19th CPC National Congress, China has actively developed global partnerships and expanded the convergence of interests with other countries. China will promote coordination and cooperation with other major countries and work to build a framework for major country relations featuring overall stability and balanced development. China will enhance relations with its neighbors in accordance with the principle of amity, sincerity, mutual benefit, and inclusiveness and the policy of forging friendship and partnership with its neighbors. China will, guided by the principle of upholding justice while pursuing shared interests and the principle of sincerity, real results, affinity, and good faith, work to strengthen solidarity and cooperation with other developing countries.
We will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the political parties and organizations of other countries, and encourage people’s congresses, CPPCC committees, the military, local governments, and people’s organizations to engage in exchanges with other countries.
In recent years, China has been making great efforts to build a global network of cooperation that encourages dialog instead of confrontation, and helps forge partnerships instead of antagonistic blocs.
As of the end of 2016, China had established various forms of partnership relations with 97 countries and international organizations. Our circle of friends has been expanding globally.
全球伙伴關(guān)系
中共十九大報(bào)告強(qiáng)調(diào)，中國積極發(fā)展全球伙伴關(guān)系，擴(kuò)大同各國的利益交匯點(diǎn)，推進(jìn)大國協(xié)調(diào)和合作，構(gòu)建總體穩(wěn)定、均衡發(fā)展的大國關(guān)系框架，按照親誠惠容理念和與鄰為善、以鄰為伴周邊外交方針深化同周邊國家關(guān)系，秉持正確義利觀和真實(shí)親誠理念加強(qiáng)同發(fā)展中國家團(tuán)結(jié)合作。加強(qiáng)同各國政黨和政治組織的交流合作，推進(jìn)人大、政協(xié)、軍隊(duì)、地方、人民團(tuán)體等的對外交往。近年來，中國積極構(gòu)建對話而不對抗、結(jié)伴而不結(jié)盟的全球伙伴關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)，全球“朋友圈”不斷擴(kuò)展。截至2016年底,中國已經(jīng)同97個(gè)國家和國際組織建立了不同形式的伙伴關(guān)系，實(shí)現(xiàn)全球覆蓋。
