A new type of government-business relationship
On March 4, 2016, Xi Jinping proposed a "new type of government-business relationship" when he met with members of the Democratic National Construction Association and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce in a discussion at the Fourth Session of the 12th CPPCC National Committee. He described it as a "close" and "clean" relationship.
In a "close" relationship, government officials must be open and forthright when interacting with private businesses, taking the initiative to provide them with the needed services and help them when they come across difficulties or problems. Government officials should spend more time communicating with private sector entrepreneurs, consulting with them, offering them the needed advice and helping them resolve issues in their operations, in a genuine effort to help grow the private sector.
For a "clean" relationship, government officials should keep a straightforward relationship with private businesses with no hidden agenda, or any intention or attempt to use their positions or authority to further private interests or for financial gains.
Private businesses, for their part, must maintain a "close" relationship with the government by being upfront and truthful about their situation, communicate with the CPC committees and government departments at different levels, and present candid views and constructive suggestions that will help promote local development.
A "clean" relationship means honest corporate citizens who do what is right and operate in full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
親清新型政商關(guān)系
2016年3月4日，習(xí)近平看望出席全國政協(xié)十二屆四次會(huì)議的民建、工商聯(lián)委員并參加他們的小組討論時(shí)，提出了“新型政商關(guān)系”的理念，并用“親”和“清”兩個(gè)字進(jìn)行了概括。對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部而言，所謂“親”，就是坦蕩真誠同民營企業(yè)接觸交往，特別是在民營企業(yè)遇到困難和問題情況下更要積極作為、靠前服務(wù)，對非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)人士多關(guān)注、多談心、多引導(dǎo)，幫助解決實(shí)際困難，真心實(shí)意支持民營經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。所謂“清”，就是同民營企業(yè)家的關(guān)系要清白、純潔，不能有貪心私心，不能以權(quán)謀私，不能搞權(quán)錢交易。對民營企業(yè)家而言，所謂“親”，就是積極主動(dòng)同各級(jí)黨委和政府及部門多溝通多交流，講真話，說實(shí)情，建諍言，滿腔熱情支持地方發(fā)展。所謂“清”，就是要潔身自好、走正道，做到遵紀(jì)守法辦企業(yè)、光明正大搞經(jīng)營。
