China-Gulf Cooperation Council Strategic Dialogue
中國－海合會(huì)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話
The first round of China-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Strategic Dialogue was held in Beijing in June 2010. Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi co-chaired the dialogue with Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Anwar Mohammed Qarqash, and the GCC Secretary-General Abdul-Rahman al-Attiyah. They also signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Dialogue.
2010年6月，中國－海灣合作委員會(huì)首輪戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話在京舉行，時(shí)任科威特副首相兼外交大臣穆罕默德、阿聯(lián)酋外交國務(wù)部長卡爾卡什、海合會(huì)秘書長阿提亞與楊潔篪外長共同主持了對(duì)話會(huì)，并簽署了雙方關(guān)于高級(jí)別戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話的諒解備忘錄。
The second round of strategic dialogue was held in Abu Dhabi in May 2011, and the third round in Beijing in January 2014. President Xi Jinping met with the GCC delegation to the meeting. The two sides agreed to build a China-GCC strategic partnership and resume talks on a China-GCC free trade area. They also developed an action plan for cooperation from 2014 to 2017.
2011年5月，第二輪戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話在阿聯(lián)酋首都阿布扎比舉行。2014年1月，第三輪戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話在北京舉行，習(xí)近平主席會(huì)見了海合會(huì)代表團(tuán)。雙方一致同意致力于建立中國和海合會(huì)戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系，強(qiáng)調(diào)要重啟中國和海合會(huì)自貿(mào)區(qū)談判進(jìn)程，通過并簽署了《中華人民共和國和海灣阿拉伯國家合作委員會(huì)成員國戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話2014年至2017年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》。
The six GCC member states are located where the ancient Silk Road routes converged. Their strategic location and their development potential make them natural and important partners for the Belt and Road Initiative. The China-GCC dialogue platform is therefore ideally suited for cooperation in this regard.
海合會(huì)6個(gè)成員國是古絲綢之路的交匯地，地理位置重要，發(fā)展?jié)摿薮螅侵袊七M(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)的天然和重要合作伙伴。中國－海合會(huì)戰(zhàn)略對(duì)話為雙方共建“一路一帶”提供了重要平臺(tái)。
