Recently, Zhonghai Trust Co., Ltd announced that it plans to issue initial public offerings (IPO) in the domestic share market and now it is seeking consultation from Citic Securities Co., Ltd. If the company succeeds in its IPO issuing, it will become the third trust company listed in the A-share market.

Two other trust ventures, Anxin Trust & Investment Co., Ltd and Shaanxi International Trust & Investment Corp., Ltd. have managed to land in the A-share market earlier.
