One: Acceptance Qualification

Materials submitted by applicant are as follows:

 

1  Application of institution or copies of   foreign expert confirmation letter (in accordance with notice about promoting the management of foreign expert certificate which was issued by SAFEA [No.173 document in 1996]

 

2 Foreign Expert personal passport and copies

 

3 the contract on retaining cultural and educational foreign expert between the institution and a foreign expert or a foreign employer.

 

4 If  retaining domestic foreign staffs, it is necessary to offer a dismissing proven and recommendation from the original employed institution.

 

Requirements:

  

Applications should be complete, normal, valid.

Responsibilities and authorities:

 

To examine materials from applicants according to relevant regulations.

 

If an application is accord with regulations, it should be done promptly and transfer the applications to examiners.

 

If an application is not accord with regulations, it shouldn't be done , but it should be done in writing as follows:

to submit a complete materials promptly;

to learn about his relevant rights and complain ways;

to put on records to the higher level department.

 

Timing: within 1 day.

 

Two: Additional Requirements:

 

1 Applications should be complete normal valid

 

2 The retained expert should hold a valid Visa

Responsibilities and authorities:

 

Examination and Verification according to examination and Verification regulation

 

If an application is accord with regulations, it should be done promptly and transfer the applications to examiners.

 

If an application is not accord with regulations, it should be caused promptly and transfer the applications to the original clerk.

 

Timing:2 days

 

Three: To inform

 

Person in charge in this position: a clerk of foreign affairs department

 

Requirements:

 

1 to inform the results to applicant in time and exactly

 

2  the relevant writ should be complete, right and valid;

 

3 The documents for putting on records should complete and normal. 

 

Responsibilities and authorities:

 

To inform the applicant according to relevant regulations; to sign and issue examination and approval document and put it on records. 

 

If the final examination passed, the relevant department should inform applicant to take it and show the results on line.

 

If an application is returned, it should inform the applicant information in writing as follows:

 

to submit a complete materials promptly;

 

to learn about his relevant rights and complain ways;

 

to return the original applicant.

 

If an application is refused, it should explain the relevant reasons to the applicant and inform the applicant information in writing as follows:

 

to learn about his relevant rights and complain ways;

 

to return it to the original applicant.

 

After examination and approval, the documents should be put on records.
