The first Presidium Meeting of the 5th Session of the 10th National People's Congress approved the schedule for the Fifth Session of the Tenth NPC on March 4, 2007 as following: Monday, March 5 9:00 AM: Opening Session 1. Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council delivering the work report of the government. 2. Reviewing the report on the implementation of the national economic and social development plan for 2006 and the draft national economic and social development plan for 2007. 3. Reviewing the report on the implementation of the central and local budget for 2006 and the draft central and local budget for 2007. 3:00 PM: Delegation meeting, deliberating the work report of the government. Tuesday, March 6 9:00 AM: Delegation meeting, deliberating the work report of the government. 3:00 PM: Delegation group meeting, deliberating the work report of the government as well as reviewing the plan and budget report. Wednesday, March 7 9:00 AM: Delegation meeting, deliberating the work report of the government as well as reviewing the plan and budget report. 3:00 PM: Delegation group meeting, deliberating the work report of the government as well as reviewing the plan and budget report. Thursday, March 8 9:00 AM: Second Plenary Session - Listen to the explanations by Vice Chairman Wang Zhaoguo of the NPC Standing Committee on the draft Law on Real Rights. - Listen to the explanations by Minister of Finance Jin Renqing on the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax. - Listen to the explanations by Vice Chairman as well as the Secretary-General Sheng Huaren of the NPC Standing Committee on the draft decision on the number and election of deputies to the 11th NPC. - Listen to the explanations by Vice Chairman as well as the Secretary-General Sheng Huaren of the NPC Standing Committee on the draft method of election of deputies to the 11th NPC from Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions. 3:00 PM: Delegation group meeting, deliberating the draft Law on Real Rights. President Xiao Yang delivering the work report of the Supreme People's Court. 2. Procurator-general Jia Chunwang delivering the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
