堅持協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化和農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化。對于中國這樣一個有著十幾億人口的大國來說，立足國內(nèi)解決糧食和主要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給問題，始終是治國安邦的頭等大事。雖然農(nóng)業(yè)份額會下降、農(nóng)村人口會減少，但農(nóng)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的基礎(chǔ)作用不會改變。我們堅持在工業(yè)化、城鎮(zhèn)化深入發(fā)展中同步推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化，為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展奠定了堅實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。	We should promote industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in a coordinated way. For a big country like China with a population of over 1 billion, to ensure the domestic supply of grain and other major agricultural products is crucial to maintaining its stability and prosperity. Despite the drop of agriculture's share in GDP and decrease in rural population, the fundamental role of agriculture in China's economy will not change. We are committed to promoting the modernization of agriculture in the process of industrialization and urbanization. This has laid a solid foundation for ensuring steady and robust economic growth.
女士們、先生們：	Ladies and Gentlemen,
中國的工業(yè)化沒有完成，“中國制造”總體上還處在國際產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的中低端，與國際先進(jìn)水平差距很大。中國工業(yè)化面臨的突出矛盾和問題，主要是：產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式粗放，市場競爭力不強(qiáng)，科技創(chuàng)新能力不足，資源利用效率不高。實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化仍然是中國現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中艱巨的歷史任務(wù)。對此，我們的認(rèn)識是清醒的。我們將堅持推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新型國家建設(shè)，加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式和調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，大力推動“中國制造”向“中國創(chuàng)造”轉(zhuǎn)變。堅持以信息化帶動工業(yè)化，以工業(yè)化促進(jìn)信息化，努力走出一條科技含量高、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好、資源消耗低、環(huán)境污染少、人力資源優(yōu)勢得到充分發(fā)揮的新型工業(yè)化路子。	China is still in the process of industrialization. "Made in China" products are generally still at the medium and low rungs of the international industrial chain, and have a long way to go to catch up with the advanced level. China is confronted with major challenges and problems in industrialization, including an inefficient model of industrial development, lack of market competitiveness, weak capacity for scientific and technological innovation and low efficiency in the use of resources. We are keenly aware that to realize industrialization is still an arduous historic task China faces in its modernization drive. So we will continue to build an innovation-driven country, accelerate the shift of growth model and adjustment of economic structure, and work hard to achieve transition from "made in China" to "created by China." We will ensure that the development of an information-based society and industrialization will reinforce each other and thus embark on a new path of industrialization based on the development of science and technology, with good economic returns, low resource consumption and less pollution, and which fully taps into our strength in human resources.
女士們、先生們：	Ladies and Gentlemen,
當(dāng)前國際金融危機(jī)沒有結(jié)束，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇充滿艱難曲折。這場危機(jī)給全球工業(yè)發(fā)展造成了巨大的沖擊，也帶來了新的機(jī)遇。戰(zhàn)勝這場國際金融危機(jī)，是全球工業(yè)界的重大使命。	The international financial crisis has not ended, and the path to world economic recovery is full of potholes. While this crisis has dealt a heavy blow to global industrial development, it has also created new opportunities for it. To overcome the international financial crisis is an important mission for global industries.
大力發(fā)展實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)。這是實(shí)現(xiàn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的根基。引發(fā)這次國際金融危機(jī)的一個重要原因，就是一些發(fā)達(dá)經(jīng)濟(jì)體虛擬經(jīng)濟(jì)過度膨脹、與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)脫節(jié)；世界經(jīng)濟(jì)遲遲走不出危機(jī)陰霾，也與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)缺乏新的增長點(diǎn)有關(guān)。中德兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)在這場危機(jī)沖擊中能夠率先實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定增長，主要是因為兩國長期重視實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，有堅實(shí)的實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)。我們要從國際金融危機(jī)中汲取經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)，引導(dǎo)更多的人力、財力和物力投向?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟(jì)，營造更加有助于擴(kuò)大就業(yè)和發(fā)展實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的環(huán)境，推動世界經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)勁、平衡、可持續(xù)增長。	We should vigorously grow the real economy. This is crucial for achieving the stable growth of the global economy. A major cause of the financial crisis is that the virtual economy in some developed countries has expanded excessively and become divorced from the real economy. And the lack of new growth areas in the real economy has hindered recovery of the world economy. China and Germany have taken the lead in fighting the crisis and realizing steady growth, because we have always given priority to growing the real economy and thus have a solid real economy as the foundation for growth. We should draw lessons from the international financial crisis, put more human resources as well as financial and material input into the real economy, foster an environment that can create more jobs and facilitate the growth of the real economy, and ensure strong, balanced and sustainable growth of the global economy.
大力推動科技創(chuàng)新。這是推動世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的強(qiáng)大動力。從歷史上看，大的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)往往伴隨著新的科技革命；經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇往往離不開技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。全球正在進(jìn)入空前的創(chuàng)新密集和產(chǎn)業(yè)振興時代，各領(lǐng)域的科技創(chuàng)新層出不窮，新的市場、新的需求和新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)正在形成。每個國家和企業(yè)都要有遠(yuǎn)大的目光，緊緊把握世界科技發(fā)展的新趨勢和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的新要求，推動世界經(jīng)濟(jì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。	We should work hard to promote scientific and technological innovation. This will create a powerful impetus for promoting world economic recovery. Historically, major economic crises were followed by new scientific and technological revolution, and economic recovery was not possible without technological innovation. The world is entering an age of intensive innovation and industrial revitalization never seen in history. Technological innovation in various sectors is flourishing, and new markets, new demand and new economic growth areas are emerging. Every country and every company should have a broad vision, closely follow the latest progress in science and technology and new demand created by economic and social development, and boost innovation-based growth of the global economy.
大力推進(jìn)開放合作。這是促進(jìn)共同發(fā)展繁榮的必然選擇。漢諾威工博會的一項重要使命，就是促進(jìn)各國經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作交流。每年大量優(yōu)秀科技成果從這里走進(jìn)市場，走向世界，這極大增強(qiáng)了工博會的魅力，給我們帶來深刻啟迪。我們要繼續(xù)深化國際經(jīng)貿(mào)合作，堅決反對各種形式的保護(hù)主義。加快完善全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理，使之朝著更加公正合理的方向發(fā)展。攜手應(yīng)對氣候變化、生態(tài)惡化、疾病和自然災(zāi)害、能源資源和糧食安全等全球性問題挑戰(zhàn)，共同建設(shè)人類美好家園。	We should energetically enhance openness and cooperation. This is the right choice to promote common development and prosperity. An important mission of the Hannover Messe is to strengthen economic and technological cooperation and exchange among countries. Every year, a lot of scientific and technological advances presented here are absorbed by the market and the world. This has not only greatly increased the appeal of the Messe, but also showed us the right approach to take. We should continue to deepen international business cooperation and resolutely reject protectionism in all forms. We should move faster to improve global economic governance and make it fairer and more equitable. We should work together to meet global challenges such as climate change, ecological degradation, epidemics, natural disasters, and energy, resource and food security, and make the world a better place for all of us.
女士們、先生們：	Ladies and Gentlemen,
中國工業(yè)化在相當(dāng)長時期內(nèi)還會快速發(fā)展，蘊(yùn)藏著巨大發(fā)展?jié)摿蜕虣C(jī)，這不僅屬于中國企業(yè)，也屬于世界各國企業(yè)。我愿意重申，中國堅持對外開放的基本國策決不會改變。我們將繼續(xù)完善法律法規(guī)和政策，擴(kuò)大市場準(zhǔn)入，加大知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)力度，在自主創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品認(rèn)定、政府采購等方面對所有在中國依法注冊的企業(yè)一視同仁，為各國企業(yè)營造一個更加公平、透明、穩(wěn)定、可預(yù)期的發(fā)展環(huán)境。參加漢諾威工博會的企業(yè)都是全球工業(yè)界的翹楚和生力軍，我們真誠歡迎各國企業(yè)積極參與中國改革開放進(jìn)程，共享中國繁榮進(jìn)步的機(jī)遇和成果！	China's industrialization will continue to advance rapidly for a long time to come. This will create huge development potential and business opportunities for both Chinese and foreign companies. I wish to reiterate here that China will remain unchanged in its commitment to the basic state policy of opening up. We will continue to improve our laws, regulations and policies, expand market access, strengthen intellectual property rights protection, ensure there is a level playing field for all companies legally registered in China when it comes to the accreditation of products of indigenous innovation and government procurement, and foster a more equitable, transparent, stable and predictable business environment for foreign companies. Companies attending the Hannover Messe are both leaders and promising newcomers in global industries. We sincerely welcome foreign companies to actively participate in China's reform and opening-up endeavor and share both the opportunities and fruit of China's prosperity and progress.
