| 第四十九條 中國(guó)共產(chǎn)主義青年團(tuán)是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的先進(jìn)青年的群眾組織，是廣大青年在實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義和共產(chǎn)主義的學(xué)校，是黨的助手和后備軍。共青團(tuán)中央委員會(huì)受黨中央委員會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。共青團(tuán)的地方各級(jí)組織受同級(jí)黨的委員會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，同時(shí)受共青團(tuán)上級(jí)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。 | Article 49. The Communist Youth League of China is a mass organization of advanced young people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China; it is a school where a large number of young people learn about socialism with Chinese characteristics and about communism through practice; it is the Party's assistant and reserve force. The Central Committee of the Communist Youth League functions under the leadership of the Central Committee of the Party. The local chapters of the Communist Youth League are under the leadership of the Party committees at the corresponding levels and of the higher organizations of the League itself. |
| 第五十條 黨的各級(jí)委員會(huì)要加強(qiáng)對(duì)共青團(tuán)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，注意團(tuán)的干部的選拔和培訓(xùn)。黨要堅(jiān)決支持共青團(tuán)根據(jù)廣大青年的特點(diǎn)和需要，生動(dòng)活潑地、富于創(chuàng)造性地進(jìn)行工作，充分發(fā)揮團(tuán)的突擊隊(duì)作用和聯(lián)系廣大青年的橋梁作用。 | Article 50. Party committees at all levels must strengthen their leadership over Communist Youth League organizations and pay attention to selecting and training League cadres. The Party must firmly support the Communist Youth League in the lively and creative performance of its work to suit the characteristics and needs of young people, and give full play to the League's role as a shock force and as a bridge linking the Party with young people. |
| 團(tuán)的縣級(jí)和縣級(jí)以下各級(jí)委員會(huì)書記，企業(yè)事業(yè)單位的團(tuán)委員會(huì)書記，是黨員的，可以列席同級(jí)黨的委員會(huì)和常務(wù)委員會(huì)的會(huì)議。 | Those secretaries of League committees at or below the county level or in enterprises and institutions who are Party members may attend meetings of Party committees at the corresponding levels and meetings of their standing committees as non-voting participants. |
