Mobile barn made to store wheat in Sichuan
Two weeks after the earthquake, people are trying hard to recover from the devastation and return to a normal life. Farmers in the southwest region of Sichuan are wasting no time in harvesting wheat. They store their hard work in newly made mobile barns.
Public service center resume work in tents in Mianzhu
Many quake affected people have been relocated into tents and temporary houses to continue their daily lives. Meanwhile, public service departments are also moving into tents to resume their relief and recovery activities.
Life gets better in quake areas

Dynamite removed from collapsed warehouse in Aba Prefecture
The warehouses of the Explosive for Civil Use Company in Aba Prefecture, northern Sichuan, collapsed during the devastating earthquake. And a large amount of dynamite and detonators under the rubble may explode at any time. On Monday, technicians removed almost fifty tons of dynamite and are transferring it to Maoxian County.
Preparations of blasting barrier lake underway
Over in Beichuan county, Tangjiashan quake lake is posing a dangerous threat to thousands of local villagers. Some of them have been evacuated from the area as a hydro-power station is working on preventing a major flood. Hu: Keep development trends, guard social stability
President Hu Jintao has inspected temporary house production enterprises in Langfang in north China's Hebei province, following his three-day inspection in Zhejiang province. The central government has called for the production and construction of temporary houses fr the 14 million displaced.
