The Shandong Economic and Information Commission says that 77 out of 116 manufacturing projects, which have invested more than 1 billion yuan, have gone into operation in 2013.

The rate of operation has reached 66.4 percent.

One project is in trial, 11 projects are partially in production, and the other 65 projects are purchasing and installing equipment, and constructing plants and ancillary facilities.
