Recently the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs has announced its plan and budget for the 2013 Foreign Expert Introduction Project.

The number of approved projects in Shandong province has increased by 9.3% over the past year.

These projects include two national key projects, 12 high-end foreign expert introduction projects, 18 special projects for introducing experts from the software industry or CIS, 148 regular foreign expert introduction projects and seven demonstration projects for talent introduction. Total funds amounted to 8.94 million yuan.
