The Shandong Brand-name and Excellent Agriculture Product Marketing Fair recently took place in Hong Kong. More than 100 leading agricultural enterprises from Shandong Province established cooperative relations with Hong Kong supermarkets, catering enterprises and dealers at the fair.

Shandong’s export of agriculture products to Hong Kong has experienced steady growth in recent years. Export volume has reached 240 million dollars in 2012, a year-on-year increase of 17.6%.

Meat, frozen chicken, fruit, vegetables and peanut oil make up for the bulk of the export.
