Homes are nearly completed for residents who were affected by the Three Gorges Dam project in the town of Gaoyang, in Xingshan County, Central China's Hubei Province, April 13, 2008. Gaoyang is the last new town to be built to relocate people from the world's largest hydro-electric project.
