Emergency psychological training is being given to teachers in an effort to reach more students, according to the government of Zhuhai.

"The incident seriously hurt both students and teachers, and we hope psychological help will reduce the trauma to the lowest level," said an official with the educational bureau of Zhuhai.

Local residents said the driver, who was from central Hubei Province, had a dispute over traffic violations with local police and had vowed revenge.

Police are investigating the killer's identity and motives.
