Liu Qibao, a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will pay official visits to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Laos and Vietnam from Nov. 29 to Dec. 2.

Huang Huaguang, spokesman of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, made the announcement here Wednesday.

Liu, a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and head of the CPC Central Committee's Publicity Department, will make the trips at the invitations of the DPRK's Workers' Party of Korea, the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, and the Communist Party of Vietnam, Huang said.
