Chinese top legislator Wu Bangguo delivers?the work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) on March 8, 2012.

China's top legislator Wu Bangguo delivered a report on the work of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee at the national legislative session Friday afternoon.

Party and state leaders Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, Zhang Dejiang, Yu Zhengsheng, Liu Yunshan, Wang Qishan and Zhang Gaoli attended the second plenary meeting of the first session of the 12th NPC.
