Ke Huixin (5th L), a member of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and professor of the Communication University of China, visits Picun Village in the northeastern suburbs of Beijing on March 2, 2011. The village is home to around 10,000 migrant workers and there are several nonprofit organizations dedicated to help migrant workers make a better life.
