The center compiled a manual for the 15 company representatives at the conference to warn women employees about how to prevent sexual harassment, listing 10 indices to define sexual harassment including:

1.repeated ogling or staring to show sexual intentions over a period of long time;

2.intentionally approaching another's body;

3.provoking or soliciting others with sexual suggestions via phone or mail;

4.cursing others with sexual content;

5.asking for sex as a benefit or an exchange;

6.obscene manners such as gesturing or exposing sexual organs;

7.forcibly being touched by others;

8.forcibly being hugged by others;

9.forcibly being kissed by others;

10.forcibly having sex with others.
