3A-class scenic spot. It is situated in the southeast part of Damao
Banner. During the 34th year of the reign of Emperor Qianlong of
the Qing Dynasty, Xilituzhao in Hohhot prepared the construction of
its affiliated temple, the "Puhui Temple" in the riverside of
Xilamuren River, therefore, Xilamuren is known as "Zhaohe River".
Xilamuren Grassland has reception facilities of about over 6000
square meters; it can accommodate 2,500 guests every day.
Entertainment activities: horse racing, wrestling, camel and horse
riding, national song and dance performances, campfire party,
visiting herdsmen' households.
