| General Motors Co. plans to buy back the controlling 1 percent stake in Shanghai GM, its joint venture with Chinese partner SAIC, bringing SAIC’s total stake in the venture back to 50 percent, GM’s Chief Executive Daniel Akerson said Thursday. | 8月4日，通用汽車CEO丹尼爾?埃克森（Daniel Akerson）在通用汽車2011年第二季度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告會(huì)議上表示，預(yù)計(jì)通用汽車將完成與上汽簽訂的回購(gòu)上海通用1%股份的協(xié)議，從而將對(duì)上海通用的持股比例提至50%。 |
