| Italian luxury brand Prada's shares began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Friday at HK$39.5 (US$5.07) a share, the low end of its expected range, due to weak market sentiment. | 首次登陸香港上市的意大利奢侈品牌普拉達(PRADA)將在24日于香港聯(lián)交所掛牌，23日最終決定以招股價格區(qū)間的下限每股39.5港元定價。 |

| Prada issued a total of 423 million shares through the offering to raise about HK$16.7 billion (US$2.14 billion). Old holdings made up 86 percent of the offering, with 72 percent owned by Prada family and the remaining 28 percent owned by Italian Intesa Sanpaolo Bank. With an offering price set at HK$39.5, the Prada family and Intesa Sanpaolo were able to cash out HK$10.35 billion （US$1.32 billion）and HK$4.02 billion (US$510 million) respectively. | 普拉達此次上市的保薦人為高盛及里昂。普拉達這次共發(fā)行約4.23億股，募集資金約167億港元。其中86%為舊股，而舊股中的72%全部來自普拉達家族持有的母公司，其余則由另一股東意大利圣保羅(Intesa Sanpaolo)銀行售出。根據(jù)最終定價39.5港元，母公司及圣保羅銀行各自套現(xiàn)103.5億及40.2億港元。 |
