China Lucky Film, China’s largest photosensitive materials manufacturer, said it has received no notice from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) about a restructuring plan.

There was a report that China Lucky Film will be one of the 15 companies that undergo a restructuring led by Guoxin Asset Management Co., a new asset management firm set by the SASAC.

Shares of China Lucky Film last Friday rose 10.04 percent--the maximum daily gain--on the rumor.
