Ma Sai, the dean of the academy, observed that the groundbreaking advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) technology have profoundly influenced the field of art and design since the beginning of this year. Xiao Lanxi's artwork, utilizing a sliding screen, aims to illustrate the transformation of AI from being a mysterious "black box" into a transparent "white box." This piece allows individuals, regardless of their expertise in AI, to intuitively grasp the causes of AI misclassifications. It closes the technological divide and boosts the interaction between AI and humans during collaborative tasks. Professor Wu Qiong supervised this artwork.
