Mild Weather in Shanghai

A child blows bubbles as she enjoys the mild weather at Shanghai's People's Square on February 4 - the dawn of "Lichun," or spring, on the Chinese lunar calendar. The mercury is expected to rise to 19 degrees Celsius over the next two days.
