On Monday, the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation released a list of support services for enterprises, aiming to provide targeted assistance and further optimize the business environment.
Based on their growth trajectory, the list categories enterprises into four development stages of startup, business growth, high-quality development, and rights protection, offering a total of 64 services across 25 categories. These include business license processing, fair competition safeguards, and trade secret protection.
Specifically, for the business startup stage, the list features 15 services, including registration for domestic and foreign-funded enterprises, food production and operation permits, and special equipment qualification certification.
For the phase of business growth, it offers 34 services such as license changes, credit restoration, and annual corporate reporting.
For enterprises entering the high-quality development stage, nine specialized support measures are available, including quality and technical assistance and standardization subsidies.
Finally, the rights protection stage focuses on six key services including trade name dispute resolution, consumer complaint mediation, and prepaid card compliance guidance.
In addition, the list provides compliance guidance for key regulatory areas such as antitrust, e-commerce, and advertising review to help enterprises establish robust risk prevention systems. It also facilitates the identification and remediation of quality and safety risks in critical industrial products, driving manufacturers to enhance product quality and competitiveness. Furthermore, eligible local enterprises can receive guidance through the application process for standardization subsidy programs.
Based on enterprise feedback and policy adjustments, the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation will update and improve the service list.
So far, Beijing has set up 55 pilot service sites, delivering one-stop services to enterprises on over 11,200 occasions.
