At the event, Pinggu officially unveiled a three-year action plan to build a high-standard financial services innovation demonstration zone for rural revitalization, along with four specialized initiatives.
Together, these efforts aim to create a comprehensive financial service network supporting industrial upgrading, logistics hub development, e-commerce livestreaming, and the integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism.
Pinggu district also deepened collaboration among government, businesses, and banks by establishing strategic partnerships with the Bank of Beijing, Postal Savings Bank of China, and China Minsheng Bank. Each bank committed to providing 10 billion yuan (US$1.37 billion) in credit, focusing respectively on high-tech agriculture, logistics, and leisure tourism. Through a full-chain support system spanning technology R&D, industrial upgrading, and real-world application, the initiative aims to drive coordinated innovation between finance and industry and support high-quality development in Pinggu.
