沙溪鎮(zhèn)：茶馬古道千年古鎮(zhèn)的“新生密碼”
Shaxi town in Yunnan sees tourism boom after restoration

一名游客（左）在云南省大理州沙溪鎮(zhèn)寺登村體驗制作甲馬版畫（4月18日攝）。沙溪鎮(zhèn)位于云南省大理州劍川縣。自唐宋起，沙溪鎮(zhèn)便因豐饒的物產(chǎn)和平坦的地勢，成為茶馬古道上的貿(mào)易重鎮(zhèn)。馬幫馱著茶葉、鹽巴與絲綢，一路翻山越嶺，在此休整交易。然而，隨著現(xiàn)代交通的興起，沙溪一度沉寂。2001年，沙溪寺登街被列入“世界瀕危建筑遺產(chǎn)名錄”，不久后，政府啟動“沙溪復(fù)興工程”，對茶馬古道上的四方街、古寨門、古戲臺、興教寺等核心遺產(chǎn)進行搶救性修復(fù)，最大限度恢復(fù)古建筑的歷史真容。同時，沙溪鎮(zhèn)以“文化賦能鄉(xiāng)村振興”為理念，探索出一條“輕開發(fā)、深體驗”的文旅融合之路——通過完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，修繕古舊建筑等舉措，不僅讓村民有了更好的生活環(huán)境，也吸引不少外商投資，有效促進村集體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，帶動群眾增收致富。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，2024年沙溪鎮(zhèn)共接待海內(nèi)外游客311.68萬人次，實現(xiàn)旅游總花費42.98億元。[新華社記者 胡超 攝]

A remote town in Jianchuan County, Shaxi was once an important trading hub for tea, herbs, silks and salt on the ancient Tea Horse Road, a trade route dating back to the Tang Dynasty (618-907). However, the trading hub in the late 19th century saw a decline because it was far away from emerging modern arterial roads, and other means of transport replaced the traveling caravans. Therefore, the local government initiated a restoration project with an aim to preserve its cultural heritage and landscape by improving infrastructure and promoting economic growth in Shaxi. Years of efforts are paying off. The town saw its old buildings renovated and sceneries beautified. Currently, Shaxi has turned into a desirable destination for tourists at home and abroad. In 2024 alone, Shaxi received over 3 million tourist trips from home and abroad, along with a total revenue of 4.298 billion yuan (about 589.8 million U.S. dollars). (Xinhua/Hu Chao)
