《環(huán)球時(shí)報(bào)》記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，美國(guó)總統(tǒng)特朗普對(duì)記者稱，我們與中國(guó)相處得不錯(cuò)，同中方談判時(shí)不會(huì)采取強(qiáng)硬態(tài)度。對(duì)華145％關(guān)稅確實(shí)很高，協(xié)議達(dá)成后美對(duì)華關(guān)稅將大幅下降，但不會(huì)降至零。中方必須同美達(dá)成協(xié)議，否則無(wú)法同美做生意。若不同美達(dá)成協(xié)議，就按美方說(shuō)的辦，美才是定規(guī)矩的一方。美財(cái)長(zhǎng)貝森特表示，當(dāng)前局勢(shì)本質(zhì)上是貿(mào)易禁運(yùn)。美國(guó)目標(biāo)并非與中國(guó)脫鉤，兩國(guó)可能在兩到三年內(nèi)達(dá)成一項(xiàng)全面協(xié)議。與中國(guó)就此類協(xié)議的談判尚未開(kāi)始。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？

The 145-percent tariff is very high and "it'll come down substantially. But it won't be zero." He added that China has to make a deal, because "otherwise they're not going to be able to deal in the United States. If they don't make a deal, we'll set the deal, because we're the ones that set the deal." U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent characterized the current situation as essentially a trade embargo. He also said that it was not the U.S.'s goal to decouple from China, and a comprehensive deal could take two to three years, but negotiations with Beijing have not yet started.
