今天，我們?cè)谶@里隆重集會(huì)，慶祝澳門回歸祖國25周年，舉行澳門特別行政區(qū)第六屆政府就職典禮。首先，我代表中央政府和全國各族人民，向全體澳門居民致以誠摯問候！向新就任的澳門特別行政區(qū)第六任行政長官岑浩輝先生和第六屆政府主要官員、行政會(huì)委員，表示熱烈祝賀！向長期關(guān)心支持“一國兩制”事業(yè)和澳門繁榮穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的海內(nèi)外同胞和國際友人，表示衷心感謝！

Today, we are meeting here on this solemn occasion to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland and to hold the inauguration of the sixth-term government of the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR). At the outset, on behalf of the Central Government and people of all ethnic groups across China, I wish to extend cordial greetings to all Macao residents. I extend warm congratulations to Mr. Sam Hou Fai, the newly inaugurated sixth-term Chief Executive of the Macao SAR, and to principal officials and members of the Executive Council of the sixth-term Macao SAR government! I also express heartfelt appreciation to all fellow Chinese, both at home and overseas, and foreign friends for their longstanding commitment to and support for the cause of One Country, Two Systems and Macao's prosperity, stability and development!

澳門是鑲嵌在南海之濱的一顆璀璨明珠，是偉大祖國的一方寶地。中國最早一批留學(xué)生從這里走向世界，不少中華經(jīng)典在這里經(jīng)翻譯傳到西方，西方近代科學(xué)、技術(shù)、文化不少經(jīng)澳門傳入中國內(nèi)地。在不同歷史時(shí)期，澳門都扮演著重要角色，作出了獨(dú)特貢獻(xiàn)。

Macao is a shining pearl on the coast of the South China Sea and a treasured place of the great motherland. It was from here that the first group of Chinese students went to study overseas. It was here that many Chinese classics were translated into foreign languages and introduced to the West. It was also through Macao that a lot of Western modern science, technology and culture were introduced to the Chinese mainland. Across different stages of China's history, Macao has played an important role and made unique contributions.

澳門回歸祖國25年來，在中央政府和祖國內(nèi)地大力支持下，特別行政區(qū)政府團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)社會(huì)各界接續(xù)奮斗，具有澳門特色的“一國兩制”實(shí)踐取得巨大成功。澳門發(fā)生翻天覆地的變化，國際影響力大幅提升。

Over the past 25 years since Macao's return to the motherland, with the strong support of the Central Government and the mainland of the country, the Macao SAR Government has led the people of all walks of life in forging ahead in unity, achieving an enormous success in advancing the cause of One Country, Two Systems with distinctive Macao features. Macao has undergone earthshaking transformation, and its international standing has increased significantly.

——“一國兩制”制度體系不斷完善，國家主權(quán)、安全、發(fā)展利益得到有效維護(hù)。澳門特別行政區(qū)系統(tǒng)建立維護(hù)國家安全的法律制度和執(zhí)行機(jī)制，落實(shí)中央全面管治權(quán)，依法行使高度自治權(quán)，行政、立法、司法機(jī)關(guān)各司其職、各負(fù)其責(zé)，行政主導(dǎo)體制運(yùn)行順暢，以憲法和基本法為基礎(chǔ)的特別行政區(qū)憲制秩序更加穩(wěn)固。全面落實(shí)“愛國者治澳”原則，民主政制得到完善，澳門居民享有比歷史上任何時(shí)候都更為廣泛的權(quán)利和自由，“一國兩制”政治社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)更加堅(jiān)實(shí)。

-- The systems for implementing the policy of One Country, Two Systems have kept improving, and national sovereignty, security and development interests have been effectively safeguarded. The legal system and enforcement mechanisms for safeguarding national security are well in place in Macao. This ensures both the Central Authorities' overall jurisdiction over Macao and a high degree of law-based autonomy in the city. The executive, legislative and judicial bodies of Macao perform their respective functions and responsibilities. The executive-led system functions smoothly, and the constitutional order of the SAR, based on the Constitution and the Basic Law of the Macao SAR, is ensured. The principle of patriots administering Macao is fully implemented, Macao's democracy is improved, and Macao residents enjoy more extensive rights and freedoms than in any other time in history. The political and social foundation of the policy of One Country, Two Systems has been further consolidated.

——經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展實(shí)現(xiàn)歷史性躍升，居民獲得感、幸福感、安全感大幅增強(qiáng)。澳門堅(jiān)持不懈抓經(jīng)濟(jì)、搞建設(shè)，改善營商環(huán)境，推動(dòng)博彩業(yè)依法健康有序發(fā)展，促進(jìn)多元產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，經(jīng)受住了非典疫情、國際金融危機(jī)、新冠疫情等嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)，保持了長期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)。2023年地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值增長至回歸前的7倍，人均地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值位居世界前列。主動(dòng)融入國家發(fā)展大局，積極參與高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”和粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)，扎實(shí)推進(jìn)橫琴粵澳深度合作區(qū)建設(shè)，發(fā)展空間大為拓展。堅(jiān)持以人為本施政理念，就業(yè)、住房、教育、醫(yī)療、社會(huì)保障等各項(xiàng)事業(yè)取得長足進(jìn)步，構(gòu)建了涵蓋生命全周期、覆蓋生活各領(lǐng)域的民生保障體系，保持了社會(huì)長期和諧穩(wěn)定。

-- Economic and social development has seen a historic leap, and residents enjoy a much stronger sense of gain, happiness and security. Macao has pursued economic growth and development with unremitting efforts. It has improved the city's business environment, boosted the law-based, healthy and orderly development of the gaming industry, and promoted economic diversification. Macao withstood the challenging tests of the SARS epidemic, the international financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has maintained the momentum of long-term steady development. In 2023, Macao's GDP was seven times that of its pre-return period, and its per capita GDP was among the highest in the world. Macao has taken the initiative to integrate into the overall national development. It has actively participated in high-quality Belt and Road cooperation and the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and it has made solid gains in building the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. All this has greatly expanded the space for its development. Macao exercises people-centered governance. It has made remarkable progress in employment, housing, education, medical services, social security and other social programs, and put in place a system of social security that covers the entire cycle of life and all areas of life. As a result, Macao has maintained its long-term social harmony and stability.

——對(duì)外合作持續(xù)擴(kuò)大，“一中心、一平臺(tái)、一基地”作用日益彰顯。澳門同120多個(gè)國家和地區(qū)建立穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系，是190多個(gè)國際組織和機(jī)構(gòu)的成員，吸引了各國投資者來投資興業(yè)、參與建設(shè)、分享發(fā)展成果。澳門作為世界上唯一以中文和葡文為官方語言的地區(qū)，在促進(jìn)中國同葡語國家經(jīng)貿(mào)合作中發(fā)揮著重要平臺(tái)作用。“澳門歷史城區(qū)”列入《世界遺產(chǎn)名錄》，處處是旅游打卡地，備受中外游客青睞。美食之都、文化之都、盛事之都等美譽(yù)紛至沓來，格蘭披治大賽車、澳門國際音樂節(jié)等品牌活動(dòng)聲名遠(yuǎn)揚(yáng)，來自世界各地的文化藝術(shù)在這里交相輝映，中外文化交流合作基地的優(yōu)勢(shì)更加突出，成為不同文明和諧相處、融合發(fā)展的典范。

-- External cooperation has continued to expand, and the position as "One Center, One Platform, One Base" has grown steadily. Macao maintains stable economic and trade ties with over 120 countries and territories, and it is a member of over 190 international organizations and institutions. Many foreign investors do business in Macao, contribute to its development and share in the fruits of its growth. As the only place in the world with both Chinese and Portuguese as its official languages, Macao is an important platform for promoting business ties between China and Portuguese-speaking countries. The Historic Center of Macao, a World Heritage site full of attractions, draws tourists from both the country and around the world. Reputed as a city of good food, rich culture, and festive events, Macao also boasts signature activities including the Macao Grand Prix and the Macao International Music Festival. It is a city where cultures and arts from across the world mingle. Macao stands out as a base for cultural exchanges and cooperation between China and the world; it is a living example of harmonious coexistence and integrated development of different civilizations.

澳門回歸祖國以來取得的輝煌成就向世人證明，“一國兩制”具有顯著制度優(yōu)勢(shì)和強(qiáng)大生命力，是保持香港、澳門長期繁榮穩(wěn)定的好制度，是服務(wù)強(qiáng)國建設(shè)、民族復(fù)興偉業(yè)的好制度，是實(shí)現(xiàn)不同社會(huì)制度和平共處、合作共贏的好制度，必須長期堅(jiān)持。“一國兩制”蘊(yùn)含的和平、包容、開放、共享的價(jià)值理念，是中國的，也是世界的，值得共同守護(hù)。

The great achievements of Macao since its return to the motherland have proven to the world that the cause of One Country, Two Systems, with its distinctive institutional strengths and strong vitality, is a good system that sustains the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao. It is a good system that facilitates endeavors to build China into a great country and achieve national rejuvenation, and it is a good system for ensuring peaceful coexistence and mutual benefit between different social systems. So we must stay committed to this cause. The values embodied in the cause of One Country, Two Systems, namely, peace, inclusiveness, openness and sharing, are relevant to not only China but also the whole world. These values should be cherished by us all.

香港、澳門回歸以來的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們，保持香港、澳門長期繁榮穩(wěn)定，繼續(xù)推進(jìn)“一國兩制”實(shí)踐行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)，需要把握好以下4條：一要堅(jiān)守“一國”之本、善用“兩制”之利。始終堅(jiān)持國家主權(quán)、安全、發(fā)展利益高于一切，落實(shí)中央全面管治權(quán)，任何時(shí)候都不能動(dòng)搖。同時(shí)，尊重“兩制”差異，充分保障特別行政區(qū)高度自治權(quán)，繼續(xù)全面準(zhǔn)確、堅(jiān)定不移貫徹“一國兩制”、“港人治港”、“澳人治澳”、高度自治的方針，確保不會(huì)變、不動(dòng)搖，確保不走樣、不變形。二要維護(hù)高水平安全、推動(dòng)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。安全是發(fā)展的前提，發(fā)展是安全的保障，維護(hù)安全和推動(dòng)發(fā)展都要堅(jiān)定不移。要珍惜當(dāng)前來之不易的安定祥和局面，集中精力拼經(jīng)濟(jì)、謀發(fā)展、搞建設(shè)，不斷塑造新動(dòng)能新優(yōu)勢(shì)。三要發(fā)揮獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)、強(qiáng)化內(nèi)聯(lián)外通。以更加開放包容的姿態(tài)，廣泛拓展國際聯(lián)系，提升全球影響力和吸引力，讓“中國香港”、“中國澳門”國際大都市的品牌更加靚麗。深度對(duì)接國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，加快融入國家發(fā)展大局，在構(gòu)建新發(fā)展格局中更好扮演橋梁角色。四要弘揚(yáng)核心價(jià)值、促進(jìn)包容和諧。傳承愛國愛港、愛國愛澳核心價(jià)值，增進(jìn)多元文化交流融合，凝聚一切積極力量，畫出海內(nèi)外支持“一國兩制”事業(yè)的最大同心圓。

Developments in Hong Kong and Macao since their return to the motherland tell us that to sustain the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao and further advance the cause of One Country, Two Systems, it is imperative to observe the following four principles. First, we should stay committed to the fundamental policy of One Country and fully deliver the benefits of Two Systems. We should place our country's sovereignty, security and development interests above everything else; we should implement the overall jurisdiction of the Central Authorities; and we should not deviate from this commitment under any circumstance. At the same time, we should respect the differences between the two systems, fully ensure a high degree of autonomy of the two special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao, and continue to fully, faithfully and resolutely implement the policy of One Country, Two Systems, under which the people of Hong Kong administer Hong Kong and the people of Macao administer Macao, both with a high degree of autonomy. We should see that this policy is not changed, deviated from, bent or distorted. Second, we should ensure high-standard security and pursue high-quality development. Security underpins development, and development, in turn, ensures security. We must remain firm in both safeguarding security and promoting development. We should cherish the hard-won peace and stability we enjoy today, focus our energy on growing the economy and pursuing development, and continue to create new growth drivers and build new strengths. Third, we should leverage the unique strengths of Hong Kong and Macao and reinforce their connectivity with both the mainland and the world. Hong Kong and Macao should be more open and inclusive, expand international linkages, and raise their global standing and appeal, so that the reputation of Hong Kong, China and Macao, China as international metropolises will grow stronger. Hong Kong and Macao should fully align themselves with the national development strategies, accelerate integration into China's overall national development, and better play their role as bridges in ushering in a new development paradigm. Fourth, we should carry forward our core values and boost inclusiveness and harmony. It is imperative to live by the core values of loving the country and Hong Kong and of loving the country and Macao, enhance exchanges and integration of diverse cultures, and rally full public support at home and abroad to create the greatest synergy in advancing the cause of One Country, Two Systems.

當(dāng)前和今后一個(gè)時(shí)期是以中國式現(xiàn)代化全面推進(jìn)強(qiáng)國建設(shè)、民族復(fù)興偉業(yè)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，“一國兩制”實(shí)踐也進(jìn)入了新階段。實(shí)現(xiàn)香港、澳門更好發(fā)展，為強(qiáng)國建設(shè)、民族復(fù)興作出更大貢獻(xiàn)，是新時(shí)代“一國兩制”實(shí)踐的重要使命。新一屆澳門特別行政區(qū)政府要團(tuán)結(jié)帶領(lǐng)社會(huì)各界，搶抓機(jī)遇、銳意改革、擔(dān)當(dāng)作為，更好發(fā)揮“一國兩制”制度優(yōu)勢(shì)，不斷開創(chuàng)“一國兩制”事業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展新局面。在這里，我提4點(diǎn)希望。

The present and the near future constitute a critical period for our endeavor to build a great country and move toward national rejuvenation on all fronts through Chinese modernization, and we have entered a new stage in advancing the cause of One Country, Two Systems. In the new era, the cause of One Country, Two Systems aims to deliver better development for both Hong Kong and Macao and enable the two regions to further contribute to China's development and renewal of the Chinese nation. The new government of the Macao Special Administrative Region should rally and lead the people of all walks of life in Macao in seizing opportunities, pressing ahead with reform, shouldering responsibilities and making greater contributions. This entails further leveraging the institutional strength of One Country, Two Systems, and making new achievements in the high-quality advancement of the cause of One Country, Two Systems. Here, I wish to express four hopes for Macao.

第一，著力推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)適度多元發(fā)展。要結(jié)合自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和資源稟賦，精準(zhǔn)定位、聚焦重點(diǎn)，完善產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，加大政策支持和資金投入力度，著力培育具有國際競(jìng)爭力的新產(chǎn)業(yè)。推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)橫琴粵澳深度合作區(qū)同澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)高度協(xié)同、規(guī)則深度銜接，各類要素跨境流動(dòng)高效便捷；瞄準(zhǔn)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域，推動(dòng)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展形成規(guī)模，打造一批標(biāo)志性、有帶動(dòng)效應(yīng)的工程和項(xiàng)目。需要注意的是，中央決定開發(fā)橫琴，目的就是促進(jìn)澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)適度多元發(fā)展、便利澳門居民生活就業(yè)。這個(gè)定位要把握好，不能發(fā)展一些與這個(gè)定位不一致的產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目。要積極主動(dòng)參與粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)，整合優(yōu)質(zhì)資源，深化協(xié)同發(fā)展。要統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)教育、科技、人才一體化發(fā)展，大力引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)各類人才，打造國際高端人才集聚高地。

First, Macao should endeavor to promote appropriate economic diversification. It should fully leverage its distinctive strengths and resource endowment, be clear about its role, focus on key sectors, improve development planning for relevant industries, and step up policy and funding support so as to cultivate internationally competitive new sectors. Efforts should be made to achieve greater economic synergy, more harmonized rules, and more efficient and convenient cross-boundary flow of various factors between Macao and the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. Macao should focus on key areas, promote scaled development of its distinctive sectors, and launch landmark projects and programs that will have knock-on effects on other sectors. It should be noted that the Central Authorities' decision to develop Hengqin is aimed at promoting appropriate economic diversification in Macao and facilitating the life and work of Macao residents. This should be kept in mind, and sectors and projects that are not in line with this purpose should not be developed. Macao should more actively take part in the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, pool quality resources and deepen coordinated development. It is also important for Macao to advance integrated development of education, technology and talent and do more to attract and nurture talent of various types so as to turn itself into a magnet attracting high-caliber talent from across the world.

第二，著力提升特別行政區(qū)治理效能。要把依法治理和擔(dān)當(dāng)作為結(jié)合起來，適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展要求，完善各項(xiàng)體制機(jī)制和法律法規(guī)，深入推進(jìn)公共行政改革，完善組織架構(gòu)，革新管治理念，改進(jìn)管治方式，強(qiáng)化宏觀統(tǒng)籌，建設(shè)高效、有為的服務(wù)型政府，激發(fā)社會(huì)蘊(yùn)藏的巨大活力和發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?yōu)化公共政策咨詢機(jī)制，提升決策科學(xué)化、民主化、法治化水平。健全政府和立法會(huì)協(xié)同立法機(jī)制。嚴(yán)格公正執(zhí)法，完善司法制度，提升司法效率，堅(jiān)定維護(hù)法治。推進(jìn)公務(wù)人員管理制度改革，加強(qiáng)管治隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，完善廉政監(jiān)督體系。

Second, Macao should endeavor to enhance governance as a special administrative region. Macao should, with a commitment to advancing law-based governance and shouldering responsibilities, better respond to the needs of its economic and social development, improve its institutions, laws and regulations, deepen public administration reform, improve organizational structure, update its approach to and improve its way of governance. It should strengthen coordination at the macro level, and foster a well-functioning and effective service-oriented government, so as to unleash the tremendous vitality and development potential of the society. Macao should improve mechanisms that advise on public policies to increase the level of sound, democratic and law-based decision-making. Macao should strengthen coordinated lawmaking mechanism between the government and the Legislative Assembly. It should strictly exercise fair administration of justice, improve the judicial system, enhance judicial efficiency, and uphold the rule of law. Macao should advance reform of its civil service management system, strengthen its governance team, and improve the system for integrity management and oversight.

第三，著力打造更高水平對(duì)外開放平臺(tái)。要立足“一中心、一平臺(tái)、一基地”定位，健全在國家對(duì)外開放中更好發(fā)揮作用的機(jī)制，主動(dòng)對(duì)接國家重大戰(zhàn)略，不斷提升國際競(jìng)爭力。要進(jìn)一步加大雙向開放力度，促進(jìn)同葡語國家全方位互利合作，積極投身高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，擴(kuò)大國際“朋友圈”，打造國家高水平對(duì)外開放重要的橋頭堡。持續(xù)優(yōu)化營商環(huán)境，完善民商事等法律制度，培育和激發(fā)市場(chǎng)活力，吸引更多國際資源。用好中西薈萃的文化優(yōu)勢(shì)，促進(jìn)國際人文交流，講好澳門故事、中國故事，打造中西文明交流互鑒的重要窗口。

Third, Macao should endeavor to build itself into a platform for higher-standard opening up. With its development position as "One Center, One Platform, One Base," Macao should enhance mechanisms through which it can better play its role in China's opening up, take steps to align with major national strategies and continue to enhance its global competitiveness. It should further step up two-way opening, facilitate all-round mutually-beneficial cooperation with Portuguese-speaking countries, play an active role in high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, make more friends across the world, and act as an important bridge for China's high-standard opening up. Macao should continue to improve its business environment, improve its legal systems such as the civil and commercial laws, nurture and fire up its market vitality, and attract more international resources. As a place where Chinese and Western cultures merge, Macao should promote international people-to-people exchanges, better present Macao and China to the world, and turn the city into an important window of exchanges between Chinese and Western civilizations.

第四，著力維護(hù)社會(huì)祥和穩(wěn)定。當(dāng)前澳門形勢(shì)總體穩(wěn)定，但內(nèi)外環(huán)境正在發(fā)生深刻變化。要居安思危、未雨綢繆，著力防范各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，堅(jiān)定維護(hù)國家安全和澳門穩(wěn)定。促進(jìn)政府治理同社會(huì)調(diào)節(jié)、市民參與良性互動(dòng)，引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范社團(tuán)發(fā)展，筑牢基層治理根基。始終堅(jiān)持以人民為中心，解決好廣大居民最關(guān)心最迫切最現(xiàn)實(shí)的問題，創(chuàng)造更多更好的發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)，營造更加公平的社會(huì)環(huán)境，不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)居民對(duì)美好生活的向往。

Fourth, Macao should endeavor to maintain social harmony and stability. Macao now enjoys overall stability, but the domestic and international environment is undergoing profound changes. Macao should be mindful of potential perils, guard against them, forestall risks, and firmly safeguard both national security and Macao's stability. It should see that government's governance, society's self-regulation and citizen's participation reinforce each other. It should guide and better regulate the development of social organizations, and consolidate the foundation of community-level governance. Macao should always put people above everything else, resolve the most practical and pressing problems that are of the greatest concern to them, create more and better opportunities for development, foster a fairer social environment, and make continuous efforts to meet people's expectation for a better life. 

青年是澳門的希望和未來，是建設(shè)澳門、建設(shè)國家的有生力量。這兩天，我接觸了不少澳門青年朋友，他們有的成為特別行政區(qū)優(yōu)秀管治人才，有的在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)道路上取得驕人業(yè)績，有的在教學(xué)科研崗位上一展風(fēng)采，有的在國際舞臺(tái)上演繹人生。特別行政區(qū)政府和社會(huì)各界要更加關(guān)愛青年，為他們成長成才、施展抱負(fù)創(chuàng)造更好環(huán)境和條件。希望廣大青年心系澳門、心系國家，志存高遠(yuǎn)、腳踏實(shí)地，當(dāng)好“一國兩制”事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人，讓青春在建設(shè)強(qiáng)大祖國和美好澳門的廣闊天地中綻放光彩。

The young people are the hope and future of Macao. They are also a vibrant force in building Macao and building China. Over the last couple of days, I have met many young people in Macao. Some of them display talent of the governance of the SAR, some have made remarkable entrepreneurial achievements, some are brilliant teachers and researchers, and some are pursuing international careers. The Macao SAR Government and people should care about the young and create a better environment and conditions for them to bring out their best. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. At its Third Plenary Session, the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a systematic decision to further deepen reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization. The cause of building China into a great country is being advanced across the board, with bright prospects unfolding. The Chinese nation is marching toward its great rejuvenation in unstoppable strides. I am convinced that with the full, faithful and resolute implementation of the policy of One Country, Two Systems, with the concerted effort of the Macao SAR Government and all sectors of its society, and with the strong support of the great motherland, Macao will surely open up a new horizon and achieve new advances in development, and make even greater contribution to building a great country and moving toward national rejuvenation on all fronts through Chinese modernization!
