It tells the story of how a young Hong Kong rebel, starring Jaycee Chan, finds inner peace and a sense of purpose with a group of Zen musicians in the hills of Taiwan.

Malaysia-born actress Angelica Lee, Hong Kong actor Tony Leung Ka-fai, and renowned Taiwan performance group U Theatre took part in the film.

Inspired by a performance given by U Theater in Hong Kong several years ago, Kenneth Bi came up with the idea of making a film about how music affects a young rebel.?
